These Terms of Service govern the use of PristGem Social Workspace, a software platform operated by Shaomi Technology Co., Ltd.
Permitted use
PristGem Social Workspace is intended for authorized TikTok Business account owners, brands, and creators to manage their own organic TikTok content, performance metrics, and comment workflows.
User responsibilities
- You must only connect TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content, captions, comment replies, and other actions you initiate through the platform.
- You must comply with TikTok rules, applicable laws, and the terms of any connected platforms.
- You must not use the platform to spam, harass, mislead, manipulate engagement, or infringe others' rights.
Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for account farming, unauthorized scraping, mass automated replies, bulk spam comments, artificial engagement manipulation, unauthorized account management, or any activity that violates TikTok policies or applicable laws.
TikTok account connection
Connected TikTok Business accounts must be authorized through approved authentication workflows. You can disconnect access according to TikTok and platform controls. We may restrict or suspend access if we detect misuse, unauthorized activity, or behavior that may violate platform policies.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, or limit features as needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or changes to third-party platform APIs.
