Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of personal information and platform data associated with PristGem Social Workspace.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your workspace or account.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include your workspace name, connected TikTok Business account name if applicable, and a brief description of the data you want deleted.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete or de-identify data that is no longer required for legal, security, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes. This may include platform profile data, workspace data, connected account metadata, stored TikTok-related workflow data, and operation history where deletion is permitted.
TikTok account disconnection
If you want to stop our platform from accessing your TikTok Business account, you should disconnect the account from our platform and, where available, revoke access through TikTok's authorization controls.
Processing time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verifying the requester and the affected workspace.
