PristGem Social Workspace is operated by Shaomi Technology Co., Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when users access our software platform and connect authorized TikTok Business accounts.
Information we collect
We may collect account registration information, business contact information, workspace information, authentication status, technical logs, and user activity related to content, analytics, and comment management workflows.
When a user connects a TikTok Business account, we may process TikTok-provided information required for the authorized workflow, such as account identifiers, account display information, owned video metadata, performance metrics, comment data for owned videos, permission scopes, token expiration information, operation status, error codes, and related API request identifiers.
How we use information
- To authenticate users and manage workspace access.
- To support authorized TikTok Business account connections.
- To display owned organic video performance metrics.
- To support manual comment management on owned TikTok videos.
- To maintain security, troubleshooting, audit logs, and abuse prevention controls.

TikTok data use
We only access TikTok accounts and TikTok data that have been authorized by the account owner. We do not scrape unrelated TikTok accounts, automate mass replies, post spam comments, manipulate engagement, or manage comments without account owner authorization. Data sharing
We do not sell TikTok data or user data. We may share limited information with service providers who help us host, secure, and operate the platform, subject to confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect our users, services, or legal rights.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support authorized account workflows. Users may request deletion of personal information and platform data through our Data Deletion process.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data and TikTok API credentials. Access tokens and refresh tokens, when stored, are treated as sensitive credentials and are not displayed on public pages, logs, or client-facing interfaces.
